This pale yellow and apple green stone allows us to see every powerful feature of Big Hug.
For instance, the bear's finger and toes are individually defined but if the stone were darker, this detail may not be obvious.
But, what intrigues me is about Big Hug is that his upper body (from the waist up) is much larger than his lower body.
His head and neck are much longer than his upper arms.
With his arms wide open, he is offering us the best bear hug ever..
Can you say no to this precious carving?
