SHIPPING RATES
- Shipping is Free to Canada / USA (Canada Post)
- Last Minute Orders are possible via Overnight Shipping. Please call to make arrangements.
- Shipping times generally vary as follows:
- Quebec / Ontario (1 - 2 business days)
- Canada / USA (3 - 8 business days)
- International (1 - 3 weeks)
- Expedited Parcel via Canada Post is our standard shipping format.
- Xpress-Post is available for a flat rate of $45 or $65 (depending on destinations). Shipping times are 1 - 3 business days for Canadian / U.S. residence.
IMPORT DUTIES / TAXES
- Canada / USA - No duties or brokerage fees
- Europe / Australia - Import taxes will apply on your end. (I personally hate those!)
INSURANCE
Insurance is always included. We have tremendous experience with packaging our carvings, and have learned a great deal in how to ship securely with a 100% success rate.
All our carvings are tightly wrapped inside a strong micro-foamed cushion wrap. A triple-lined corrugated fiber box with a strength of 100lbs is then used to ship your item for safe arrival.
HIDDEN FEES
I hate shopping online, filling out all my billing info, only to find that "extra" fee at the very the end. Nothing frustrates me more than those hidden fees. At Inuit Gifts, we promise to make your experience an amazing one. The price you see upfront is the price you will get upon checkout (plus applicable taxes for Canadian residence - sorry, we can't be perfect).
