Sam Qiatsuk's SIGNATURE Owls typically range in size from Medium to Large.
So it is a treat when Sam presents us with his version of a SMALL SIGNATURE Qiatsuk Owl.
As we would hope, LITTLE SAM #2 has all the features of the larger owls.
The large round inlaid eyes with black pupils, the "inlaid" triangular beak, large feet with chunky talons, and the swept back wings.
Little Sam's colour is a rich inky black.
Many clients prefer smaller carvings if they are pressed for physical space to display their collection.
Also, humans seem to be attracted to smaller objects such as dolls, carvings, toys.
Psychologists suggest these smaller objects unconsciously take us back to our childhoods.
