Sheutiapik's treatment of the dark emerald serpentine stone is brilliant. The sculptural forms undulate softly, and the play of light, reflection, and shadow is almost magical. This sculpture ranks as one of Allan's most delightful works of art. 

I am really attracted to the green stone that this bear is made in. It is very illuminating and warm to the eye. It is beautiful, interesting, and a scene from wildlife!
