Museum quality Sculpture!
The more I looked at this delightful dinosaur, the more I asked myself, "are there dinosaur fossils in the Arctic"?
In northern Alaska, paleontologists have uncovered fossils of infant dinosaurs.
This supports the thesis that there were dinosaurs who weren't just visiting but were actually able to weather the dark nights of the Arctic winters.
Pits' prehistoric creature is enchanting!
The stone is a quirky medium green underpinned with a Caribbean torquoise colour.
His inlaid eyes are large and innocent.
I love the thick long dinosaur tail and the "brontosaurus" styled chunky head.
I am hooked on this unusual sculpture.
His sweet nature and gentle disposition is irresistible!
Wouldn't you love to have a dinosaur in your Inuit art collection?
