This Hunter's teeth are not human.

This Ulluluq sculpture is revealing the transformation of a Shaman from a human into an animal.

The transformation has not progressed enough to determine which animal the Shaman is "shape shifting" into but the wide mouth with jagged vicious teeth would suggest a wolf to me.

Notice the Shaman's forearms   The stubby appendages are not human.

Do they look like paws to you?

Shaman is mystical and mysterious.

This is a departure from the more common childlike and quirky Gjoa Haven style of carving.

Sometimes, we welcome such a change!
