Joanie Ragee is a very well established artist and is recognized internationally for his bears. His bears are full of life with much movement. This is what attracts Inuit art enthusiasts to his works. 

This is one of my favorite carvings in our gallery. Reason being is because of the gorgeous vibrant brown color. The proportions are outstanding and the bear is full of life and movement as it stands on one hand.
