Bear Grin smiles into the "camera" with his most endearing of Polar bear grins.
His look is both traditional and modern.
It is not often that bears are presented with only their head and shoulders but this reminds us that the Polar bear spends many hours swimming to its destination when the ice allows.
Joseph Suqslaq is renowned for his charming Polar bears.
He uses a white sandstone with grey overtones which give his bears a soft, furry look.
But make no mistake.
This is no Teddy bear.
The Polar bear is the largest and fiercest of the Arctic mammals.
Bear Grin is at peace as he rests his head on a nearby ice floe.
Bear Grin with his joyous smile will transport you to a different "world" even for just a few seconds.
