Magnificent Carving! Fantastic Movement!
This stunning carving is a miracle
Esau has to drive on his skidoo for two days in order to get this brilliant white stone outside of Igloolik.
His dangerous journey is fraught with obstacles like blizzards, white outs, roaming polar bears and broken ice.
Esau is one of my favourite carvers.
He is talented and innovative AND he has some magic up his sleeve.
It is very difficult to carve a Dancing bear as the piece must balance its body weight on one paw.
4 Way Dancing Bears, can balance on any of their paws or feet!
A BALANCED LIFE is a 4 way bear who can Dance and Dive!
Strong and Athletic, Balanced is also "embroidered" with etchings of Arctic animals and birds.
This is Esau's SIGNATURE.
The matte finish of the white store lends itself to these carved motifs.
The finish suggests a velvet cloth.
Balanced wears a magnificent walrus on his left side and playful seals on his right.
Finally, Balanced is loving his black ice floe!
The contrast between the white stone and the black "Ice" is all Drama!
This beauty will shine in your collection.
We promise to send you only good things
