Museum quality Carving! Magical Colour!
Pits passed in October 2024.
Collectors so loved Pits' owls that they are next to impossible to come by now.
His stunning Eagle and Fish carvings are rarely available although we have been able to offer one now (Aug 2025) to our clients.
Pits loved to challenge himself.
His BELUGA WHALE, WALRUS AND SEAL COLLECTION was one of those challenges.
BELUGAS ARE FRISKY, MISCHEVIOUS AND RELEVENT since they are a Canadian species in need of protection.
PHOBOS (The Beluga) has the distinctive protuberance on its forehead and a small blunt head with a beak that gives a unique comical look that people have come to cherish.
Pits has picked the exact colour and pattern for him.
Pits has an uncanny talent for creating sculptures with the most individual colours which suit the carving subject perfectly!
Belugas are gregarious and have a high pitched birdlike sound which is why they are also called "sea canaries".
Our sweet tempered whale is preparing to flip his tail, arch his back and take off as only a Beluga can for parts unknown.
