TENDER TOUCH was carved with the magic chisel of Henry Evaluardjuk.
His muscular limbs are showcased as he strides across the packed snow.
Henry's SIGNATURE bears were always mean and lean; the faces and muzzles were also longish and immaculately detailed.
The cool pastel green mixed with speckles of black and white permits us to appreciate every detail of Henry's magical Bear.
Henry Evaluardjuk RCA (1923-2007) was one of the best Inuit carvers in Modern Inuit history.
Henry's pieces are very difficult to obtain.
This is an auspicious day.
This is the day you met Tender Touch.
