Masterpiece Sculpture!

For those of you who are on a perpetual search for the perfect realistic bear carved in a flawless dark colour... THIS is the bear for you.

Our Quaraq bear is the poster child for what a walking bear should be.

His facial features are chiseled and angular.  The muzzle (nose and mouth) are exquisite. The small ears set far back on the long skull create the perfect replica of a bear in the wild.

Quaraq has a talent for capturing his bears in postures that are quiet and deliberate.

This bear has stopped for a moment.  His head is up as he senses the wind..

Who or what is out there?

I love how his left front paw is held up.  He is balancing on three legs as he listens and decides where to go next.

Look at how the light reflects off the smooth mirror finish of the stone.

The light accents the muscles of the haunches and the shoulder emphasizing their size and strength.

This Walking bear is truly an unforgettable masterpiece.

And he could easily walk right into your life.
