Just above the floor of the Arctic Ocean, in the cold dark water, you encounter this large Beluga whale navigating his route back to his pod. This Beluga may be swimming at a depth of over 2000 feet.

Belugas are particularly gregarious living in pods of at least 10 other whales.

In the summer, they can gather in the hundreds or even thousands in the warmer shallow coastal waters.

The tail view is exquisite.  The tail fin grows and becomes increasingly more ornate curved as the animal ages.

Based on this observation, I believe that our Beluga is a mature adult.

Just like humans, Belugas can live up to 80 years.

This spectacular piece would be an extraordinary gift. Is there anyone who isn't fascinated by whales?

Can you see this incredible sculpture in your collection?
