This is a striking black dancing goose by master Inuit carver Attachie Peter from Cape Dorset. 

This goose is BIG! Impressive! A rare sculpture! Attachie usually carves his birds smaller.

It is balanced extremely well. 

Attachie Peter (1973 - )

Attachie was born in Iqaluit in 1973. He learned to carve by watching his father, the renowned artist Ejetsiaq Peter, and his brother Kooyoo Peter. Attachie has been carving for most of his life. He is world famous for birds sculptures. His birds are always full of movements and life.
