This is a spectacular and beautifully finished white polar bear by Isaaci Petaulassie.
What captured my attention to this piece was the share brilliance of the white stone and its stunning reflective finish. Polished to a mirror shine, this bear has an electrifying stature and will illuminate the entire room when put under a spotlight.
The proportions, facial features and perfect lines are all carved beautifully. This piece is no doubt a prime example of a what a perfect walking bear should look like.
An igloo tag of authenticity is attached.
The sculpture is signed by the artist.
