When I laid eyes on this superlative Pits' Owl, I immediately knew I had to name her Pickles.
This light yellow and green colour is very unusual and so alluring.
I am intrigued by Pits' ability to acquire uniquely coloured stones with which to carve his sculptures.
And each owl perfectly suits its specific colour.
As if the carving was just waiting for the stone to be found so it could spring to life!
Pits owls are sought after around the entire globe.
I believe his owls are among the best Owl sculptures today.
