This is a beautiful pure white bear created by Adamie Quamagiaq from Cape Dorset, Nunvut. Adamie likes to carve owls, but also is known for bears. 

What really attracted me to this piece were the proportions of the bear, and the gorgeous pearl white stone. They are both perfect, just like the real bear. Also I do not often see Adamie carve with white stone, one of the rare pieces.
