This bear encompasses every feature a masterpiece carving has to hold. It has grace, style, coloring is gorgeous, finish is finesse and size is spectacular. If there is a piece of art that will wow your audience, than this bear is it.
An immensely powerful big bear by world famous Inuit artist, Kooyoo Peter. Kooyoo Peter is an established, very well known artist and is notably famous for his large walking bears like this one. They have toured several international and domestic exhibitions.
The main attraction of this particular bear is its sheer size, might and a beautiful color. This is not just a large bear, it is also perfectly refined and so well proportioned as well as beautifully detailed, that it resembles a live bear. The stone is silky smooth and radiates a luminescent marbleize white-greyish finish. It is our favorite carving we have acquired this year.
