This is a beautiful preening goose by a well renowned Inuit carver from Cape Dorset.
This goose is carved out of an incredibly beautiful piece of serpentine with a deep dark colour. The beautiful polish and shine on this bird give it a sense of chivalry.
This bird is signed by the artist and comes with an igloo tag.
Kellypalik Etidlooie (1966 - )
Kellypalik is the son of the well-known Cape Dorset artists Etidlooie and Kingmeata. His older brother, Etulu Etidlooie is also a carver.
