Etidloie’s “Dog” obediently awaits his master’s instructions.

Chosen for his intelligence and his powerful body.

Chosen because he has the heart of an Alpha.

His Inuit master knows this dog will surrender his life, if necessary, for the survival of his pack. And for his loyalty to his master.

The face of “Dog” (with inlaid eyes) is iconic. This carving is the perfect canine sculpture. This animal is strong in character and is intensely bonded to his master.

Do you have a dog lover in your life? Perhaps that dog lover is you.

This is not a common topic for Inuit carvers. Often the dog carvings are small and part of an Inuit scene.

This carving is breathtaking in its honesty. Dogs really are a man’s best friend.
